as I said on Instagram: yay, it's a girl! I feel like it's such a treat to have sisters, although I could be saying this because I don't. as much as I love my brother, I feel like it must be nice to grow up with someone who's your cohort in gender and understands the way you experience life. I'm excited for Veda Jane to have that privilege...even if she doesn't enjoy it at first. :) [trust me, I did NOT appreciate my brother's entry into the world. my poor parents.]
Congrats! We also have to tell our youngest little guy that he has to share daddy with a new brother pretty sure that idea isn't something he's going to like right away! Kids are so funny. I'm sure she will love having a sister I love mine!
